Dr. Anne Alexandrov is a Professor of Nursing and Neurology in the Colleges of Nursing, Medicine, and Graduate Health Sciences at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee USA
She completed a Masters of Science in Nursing with dual concentrations in Emergency and Critical Care
She holds a PhD in Physiology with a focus on Integrated Systemic and Intracranial Hemodynamics
Her primary program of research focuses on intracranial blood flow augmentation in acute stroke, and her secondary program of research is on enhancement of stroke systems of care in the prehospital and acute hospitalization phases
She has hundreds of scientific publications to her credit and is the founding Editor-in-Chief of the new open-access journal, Stroke Clinician
Dr. Alexandrov is the recipient of numerous national and international awards for excellence in clinical practice, scholarship, and mentorship
